Description

BYD’s Battery Box Premium HVS series, available in capacities of 5.1, 7.7, 10.2, and 12.8 kWh, comprises multiple high-voltage battery packs, each with a capacity of 2.56 kWh. Designed for easy installation and maximum user flexibility, a single Battery Box HVS 12.8 includes five HVS battery modules, one battery control unit, and one base unit, with individual modules available for separate purchase. The patented modular plug design eliminates the need for internal wiring, enhancing safety and ease of use. Utilizing cobalt-free lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, the system prioritizes safety and longevity. It can be tailored to meet energy needs ranging from 5.1 to 38.4 kWh by connecting up to three HVS 12.8 modules in parallel. Compatible with Sungrow’s SH5.0, SH6.0, SH8.0, and SH10RT hybrid inverters, as well as other leading 1 and 3-phase high-voltage battery inverters, the HVS series is capable of high-powered emergency backup and off-grid functionality. Its real high-voltage series connection ensures maximum efficiency, adhering to the highest safety standards, including VDE 2510-50.
